What is RULLA?

Picture
It is our purpose to provide the athlete with the necessary tools to maximize their athletic abilities. RULLA recognizes that in order for the athlete to reach their full potential on the field we must train the mind, body, and spirit .

RULLA is about using the skill sets and values learned through sports to develop the leaders of the next generation. While participating in a sporting event we are constantly being tested and taught skills to become better athletes. RULLA recognizes that these skills are not limited to the athlete's sport, but are also transferable in making us better students, better professionals, and better human beings.

RULLA is intentionally built
on five values. These values keep our motivation, integrity, and growth constant. The unique thing about each of our values is they can be applied both on and off the field. We hope that every athlete who crosses our path uses the power of RULLA to become the "Ruler" of their lives.

Five Values

Resilience

The capacity to recover quickly from difficulties
In sports we are constantly being faced with situations that requires resilience. An athlete's ability to be resilient can mean the difference between winning and losing.

UNITY

The state of being united or joined as a whole
Whether it is creating bonds on a team, fans cheering in a stadium, or a family meeting in the living room to watch a sporting event; sports are all about unity.

LOVE

An intense feeling of deep affection
Every athlete has a unique story of why and how they started to play their sport. However the love for the sport is why the athlete continues to play.

   LEADERSHIP

The initiative in an action
Whether you are the coach, captain, or player, there
are many opportunities to lead in sports. It is important to develop the confidence to take initiative when your time comes.

ACCEPTANCE

The action or process of being received as adequate or suitable, typically to be admitted into a group
In our society sports is one of the most powerful mediums for acceptance. Teams are filled with people from different backgrounds who are all able to come together for a common goal.
